Howard Hill Arrows
When buying Howard Hill Tribute Arrows from Robin Hood Archery you know you are getting the best!
Howard will always be an iconic archer and his arrows are also iconic.
The simple yet effective design is a real eye catcher.
The top third of the wooden shafts are white and are fitted with plain orange fletching and either white or orange nocks.
What Robin Hood Archery offers you is Howard Hill arrows with this iconic design which have been tuned and optimised specifically to you and your bow!
A recommended option from me personally is to add tapering to the shafts at the nock end.
This is a taper from 11/32″ to 5/16″ at the nock end of between 10″ and 12″.
Tapering allows the arrows to stabilze sooner in flight effectively reducing paradox. As the arrow “recovers” quicker less energy is lost in sideways motion, the arrow also spins better which improves stability.
This all equates to a more accurate shot, a flatter trajectory (parabolic flight) and a better FOC (forward of center) balance. A good FOC with wooden arrows is one of the trickiest feats to achieve without fitting overly heavy points
RHA build weight matched arrows with spine, length and pointweight all tuned to offer you the BEST performing wooden arrows you have ever used!
- Professionally tuned wooden arrows (inc straightening)
- Stunning design (crowned, crested, stained)
- RHA “Ultra-Gloss” finish
- TopHat points
- Option of performance tapering (recommended!)
