I like to think of arrows as my particular specialty.
Yes, I can paint some really pretty arrows but where the real skill lies is in arrow tuning. Viewed as a black art by many and due to the thousands (if not millions) of possible combinations of spine value, gpi, length and point weight it’s not difficult to see why!

When tuning arrows I take into account the bow make and model as the width of the arrow pass makes a huge difference to how much flex an arrow needs building into it.
As well as that I also look at bow poundage, archers draw length, type of string used and the intended use of the arrows.
A pretty arrow is pretty useless unless it flies well, right? 😉
